I am the husband of one wife and the father of three sons.

I am the founding pastor of Victory - one church that meets in 13 in Metro Manila locations with 75+ weekend worship services, over 3700 small group leaders (Aug '09 stats) and lots of people in our Fri, Sat and Sun worship gatherings.

I serve on the board of Real Life Foundation, an organization that provides scholarships for economically disadvantaged Filipino students.

I am a co-founder of Every Nation Churches & Ministries and the Every Nation Leadership Institute.

I have been writing a column for Evangelicals Today magazine since 1993.

My wife and I first came to the Philippines in 1984 for a "one month summer mission trip" that never ended - the longest month in the history of time.
